The 19 of September '09 is the day to be on XBOX LIVE!

X3G's BIG DAY IN is being arranged to create a greater awareness of the local Xbox LIVE community among South African Xbox 360 owners. This means that you need to get as many of your friends to be online for the event as possible. We hope to introduce many new gamers to the local XBL community, and show everyone that there is more than just a handful of South Africans on Xbox LIVE.

If you're registered on X3G.co.za (click here to sign-up) and we catch you online between 9AM and 9PM on the day, you could stand a chance to get some cool free stuff from our sponsors! Gamers registered on GamerLobby.net will also stand a chance to receive bonus giveaways.

If you want a chance to get one of our give-aways you will HAVE TO BE ONLINE when we try to contact you via Xbox LIVE. If we draw your gamertag from our subscriber member database and we cannot contact you, the give-away will be given to the next online gamer!

Yet another bonus giveaway will be awarded to the gamer who has the most friends online during the day. You'll need to contact us when you think you've filled your friends list and we'll make a note of how many of your Xbox LIVE buddies are online. You'll only be able to enter once, so choose your timing wisely. At the end of the day we'll see who had the most friends online and the victor will be announced. To help you organise your Big Day In once you're online, GamerLobby.net will be hosting game schedules for the day. If you can't find something to join, you can create your own game and invite your friends to join you. Remember, gamers registered on GamerLobby.net will also stand an additional chance to receive one of our give-aways.
